Ancillary Justice

The novel follows Breq, the sole survivor of a starship destroyed by treachery, and the vessel of that ship’s artificial consciousness. Breq is on a quest for vengeance against the ruler of her civilization, who is also herself. Ancillary Justice explores themes of identity, consciousness, and the nature of personhood against a backdrop of interstellar intrigue.
